Our mission is to bring the parish and the community together for fellowship and fund raising. The Fiesta is a yearly event, usually in September, filled with many fun activities, game booths, bingo, concerts, food, Monk’s closet, silent auction and many, many more.

2010 San Antonio Fiesta Approaching

The 2010 Fiesta and weekend of Faith, Family, Friends, and Fun is just around the corner! Please consider giving your time and talent to an event that will change you and make a difference to others. Let God work through you to do his work!

Recruitment Weekends - Volunteers Needed

Aug 28 & 29 - Sep 11 & 12

We will be in front of church before and after each Mass with sign-up sheets for each booth so you can volunteer at your favorite one. We also sell Fiesta Logo T-Shirts and Hats, Ride Tickets for the kids at a 25% discount, Opportunity tickets (purchase or drop off) and tickets for a chance to win a beautiful diamond cross that will be raffled off at the Silent Auciton.

New for 2010 Fiesta

Trolley - Friday, Sep 17 and Saturday, Sep 18 - 5:30-10:30pm

This year we will be offering a complimentary Trolley service for our Fiesta attendees. Due to the landscaping on Santa Ana Canyon Road there will no longer be parking available along the street. The city will ticket/and or tow if you park along Santa Ana Canyon.

On Friday, September 17th and Saturday, September 18th from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm, we will run a Trolley between the Canyon High School parking lot and the Fiesta for the convenience of our Fiesta attendees. Please plan on parking at Canyon High School (enter off of Imperial Highway) and using this complimentary shuttle to join us at the Fiesta (you will be dropped off on Solomon Avenue). The Trolley will run a continuous loop between the Fiesta and Canyon High School for easy arrival and easy returns.

Game Truck - Friday, Sep 17 only - 5:30-10:30pm

We will be hosting a 50 foot game truck and trailer mobile video gaming theatre. The game truck comes with a library of games -on average there are several dozen games with ratings ranging from E to M with a focus on multiplayer games for the X-Box 360, Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii. Game systems are linked for multiplayer fun! We will have all the latest and most popular games for Wii and Xbox suitable for ages 7 years and older. Up to16 people can play at one time! Tickets for the game truck will be on sale the day of the event.

Welcome Aguas Frescas - new beverage booth

Please join us in welcoming our newest beverage booth hosted by San Antonio's Hispanic Community! Aguas Fresca Spanish for “fresh cold waters” is a refreshing blended beverage of water and fruit. We will have the most popular flavors of Horchata, Tamarind, and Hibiscus. Stop by the food alley across from the Mexican food booth and try one of these delicious drinks.

Gift Gathering Begins for Fiesta 2010

Help us create an exciting silent auction by making a donation. Every little contribution makes a BIG difference. Our "wish list' includes: baby boy/girl items, ice cream toppings and dishes, wine and spirits, ingredients for Italian and Mexican theme baskets, margarita salts/mixes, poker chips, dice, playing cards and grocery store gift cards.

Also appreciated are the donation of large baskets, volunteers to help gift-wrap and business contact leads that we can pursue. To make a donation, please call Patty or Dennis McCoy at 714.692.2336. Donations are also accepted in the church office Mon-Fri, between 9:00am-5:00pm. Thank you for your support and generosity!

Exciting News!

Not only will you have the opportunity to bid on an array of themed baskets, you will also have an opportunity to win an AMAZING Cross Necklace with 44 Diamonds; each, a girl's best friend! This very generous donation was made by David Rime at Anaheim Hills Jewelry & Coin Mart. Hand crafted gold cross, 1.75 carat diamond necklace in 14 karat gold. Tickets to win this beautiful necklace valued at $4800 can be purchased for $5 each or 5 tickets for $20 after every Mass beginning August 21 and at the Silent Auction Booth during the Fiesta. 100% of proceeds go to San Antonio Church.
